Popcorn Toppings

Having a variety of popcorn toppings to choose from is the key to enjoying a high fiber food that makes a quick and healthy snack.
Almost all 'recipes' combine some form of liquid or oil and a powdered or granular spinkle that sticks to it.
Most seasonings fall into one of three categories, with a few combinations that mix them.

Savory
Real butter*
Olive oil, sesame, oil,or other vegetable oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Brewer's yeast
Onion or garlic powder (no sodium)
Cardamon or cumin
Parmesan cheese

*Adds about 100 calories per Tbsp -
but a Tbsp is a lot (try using less).
More importantly, butter is trans-fat free.

Sweet
Cinnamon and sugar
Kettle corn: sugar or molasses or honey, with a sprinkle of salt

Spicy
Chili oil
Hot sauce
Chili powder
Wasabi powder

Mix and match these popcorn seasonings until you hit your favorite combo.
