Popcorn Toppings
Having a variety of popcorn toppings to choose from is the key to enjoying a
high fiber food
that makes a quick and
healthy snack.
Almost all 'recipes' combine some form of liquid or oil and a powdered or granular spinkle that sticks to it.
Most seasonings fall into one of three categories, with a few combinations that mix them.

Onion or garlic powder (no sodium)

Parmesan cheese

but a Tbsp is a lot (try using less).
More importantly, butter is trans-fat free.
Sweet
Cinnamon and sugar
Kettle corn: sugar or molasses or honey, with a sprinkle of salt
Spicy
Chili oil
Hot sauce
Chili powder
Wasabi powder
