Underwriting Opportunities
Underwriting opportunities for Bite-size Green TV range from a
one-time equipment loan to on-going financial support. Supporting the
show provides an inexpensive opportunity to reach thousands of viewers,
in the Bay Area and internationally, who care about healthy food.
More than a Cooking Show
Bite-Size Green is a monthly series of half-hour programs produced
through the Media Center, a local access station in Palo Alto,
California. Each program focuses on a different aspect of healthy food,
addressing topics such as seasonal eating, local farmers markets,
organic gardening and agriculture, slow food, area restaurants
specializing in sustainable fare, solar cooking, sustainable seafood,
etc. The tone is fun and educational, to make learning about healthy
choices and taking ‘bite-size’ actions attractive to viewers. Filming
of local guests is conducted at the Media Center studio, and also on
location, in the Bay Area.
